Heaven? This Way!
What if heaven isn’t somewhere you visit but something you carry? We dive into a bold claim—every believer is a “portable heaven”—and unpack how that identity changes your daily life, your inner world, and your sense of spiritual authority. Starting with a clear picture of spirit, soul, and body, we map how belief positions your soul as a gateway, allowing the life of the Spirit to flow into your thoughts, choices, and actions.
You’ll hear a simple framework for maintaining the right “pressure” in your inner life: keep the spirit at the highest authority, let the soul agree with truth, and watch life and peace overflow into the body and routines. We get practical with the power of declaration—why speaking Scripture aligns your world with God’s promise and how agreement in worship invites His throne into ordinary spaces. By the end, you’ll see yourself as a gate of heaven, a royal priest with a majority mindset, equipped to carry presence into every conversation, commute, and decision.
If this encouraged you, subscribe, share with a friend who needs hope today, and leave a review to help others find the show. What promise are you declaring this week?

Today I want to talk about, and the topic, in fact, is someone if someone asks you where is heaven, probably by the end of this sermon you should be able to answer and say, Hey bro, this is heaven is this way. Okay, so that's the understanding of the title. And the subtitle is you, you, say me or I am the portal of heaven. Can you repeat that once again? I am the portal of heaven. Let me break down the word. If you watch sci-fi movies or science fiction novels, you should be able to understand the word portal, which is nothing but a connection between one realm and the other. Okay? If you are an MCU fan, we have reality and Doctor Strange opens a hole that connects one realm to another realm. Okay? Or if you have studied about black holes and wormholes in the astronomy, you should be able to understand that when you enter into the black hole, all the pieces will come out of wormholes. But the basic idea of portal is that you have access to other realms from the realm that you are currently in. Okay? If we bring that to our context, we are in the physical realm. How many of you can say? Amen. Anyone from the spirit realm? If I can see and smell you, you are from the physical realm. Okay? But at the same time, God created spirit and formed man. Okay? That means God created man in his likeness, that means in the spirit, okay, which is the spirit realm. But he formed man in the physical realm. And when he breathed into his nostrils, we got the soul, which is the ability to breathe, ability to think, ability to comprehend, ability to ask sometimes some dumb questions. That's still an ability, okay? That's, you know, uh and and human is or man is comprised of three entities, okay? And if you have not been part of the foundation course, you should be, because that's where it's it will be broken down. But the basics is that man as three entity being, the trinity, uh the trinity of a man is that he is a spirit, okay? He has soul and he lives in a body. Okay? He is a spirit. Can you say I am a spirit? I have a soul, and I live in this body. Still, fearfully and wonderfully made body. Alright? Okay, so when I'm saying portal is that you have access from the physical realm into the spirit realm. And likewise, whoever is in the spirit realm has access into the physical realm. And usually it is God when he prophesies through a prophet who is in the spirit realm, he uses that prophet to speak something of the spirit realm into the uh earthly realm, and enough with the realms. Let's try to understand something, you know, another alternative word for portal is a portable piece. Okay? Now, you and I, when we are calling ourselves to be a portal of heaven, all that we are saying is that I am a portable heaven. I am a portable heaven. Now, if you go back to the Old Testament, we would see instances where God from the spirit realm, okay, wanting to speak something to his nation, chooses a person, a prophet like Moses, okay, or anyone from the Old Testament, you see that God uses them to bring something of the spirit realm into the earthly realm or the physical realm. Okay? And we see instances where God's spirit rested upon person and they prophesied. God spoke through some people, or God guided and gave directions to some people. When King David was praying, he heard God's voice and he started writing songs and psalms. Okay, when Prophet Nathan came to bring warning, David bowed down because he understood that it is from God. Okay, so we see that in the Old Testament there is certain restriction on this portability of heaven. Okay, in one of the scriptures or in one of the instances, God says, I searched the surface of the earth, but I did not find anyone who is righteous. Now, if I were in God's place and if I were looking down from heaven, I would have searched for a good, fully furnished 4bHK apartment on the earth. Now, if you see some of the Netflix series, there would be 12-bedroom villas with five pools, okay? East facing, whatever facing. Right? If I were from an earthly point of view, if I would have seen on the surface of the earth, I would have chosen something that is beach-facing, great weather, okay, very nearby to metro. I mean, I would have uh helicopter, uh, it is but but of great land value, okay? So if we think from that perspective, I would have chosen. But here we see that God is not looking for something that He uh from the earthly perspective, he's looking from a spiritual perspective. In fact, he's looking for people, and he values us more than the real estate value of the earth that he has created. No, there is a there is a you know, there is a meaning or the or the hidden truth in that is that God is looking for people who can stand for him and listen to this. They are considered to be the portals of heaven, to be the representation of heaven, to be the people who can bring heaven onto earth. Now, would you dare to say that I am a portal of heaven? Can you say that? Is that okay? Yeah, do you believe that? Let's let's look at some scriptures and you know solidify the truth. Now, in the Old Testament, we see that uh, you know, there is one place where God shows up. It was sometimes a tent where God showed up, okay? And it was the Ark of the Covenant where God showed up. It was to the Moses where he showed his back as his glory was sweeping, okay? And it was, you know, face-to-face interaction probably with Abraham. There was one moment at one place, you know, certain restrictions were there because God did not find people who were capable enough to carry his presence and represent him with no sin. But here comes the Son of Man, Jesus Christ, who became the portable version of heaven. And the best part is that after he is gone, there was no one place, but instead he went back and he sent us the Holy Spirit who rests in each and every one of us. And now, because of that, it is not one portable heaven, we have multiple portable heavens walking on this earth, including you and me. Because now it is not just one man hosting heaven, it is millions. Every believer who has, you know, the Holy Spirit, God residing in them, believing in them, and have access to the heavenly truths, mysteries, riches, healing, whatever you might name, everything that is of good, you know, we have access. Say, I have access to heaven. Amen. I am the portal. When you speak, heaven speaks. When you walk, heaven walks. When you are waiting for the metro train, heaven is also waiting for the metro train. When you are shouting at your kids, yeah, heaven is shouting. It's definitely not God's voice all the time. Okay? When we are waiting in a queue out of patience, heaven is also waiting for along with us. Right? And one of one of the sessions where Pastor Peter Samuel in uh at the gathering conference a week ago, he reminded us that you know, John 14, 12, it says, You will do greater things than these. This is Jesus' words, talking to his disciples. That means you and I, that we are destined to do greater things than Jesus. Now, uh, it's impossible for us to do something that is greater than Jesus, right? I mean, what more can we do? You know, uh delivering demon-possessed and raising people from the dead. What more can we do? But here's what Pastor uh Peter Samuel uh broke down is that it's not about the quality, it's not about greater than what Jesus did, but it is the greater number of miracles. It's not about the quality or it is not about the comparison, but it is about the greater number of miracles that we will be doing because why? It is not just one Jesus. Now we have so many Jesuses, so many portable heavens, so many people who have access through what Jesus did upon that cross. Amen. So that's why we are, you know, the same spirit who raised Jesus from the dead now lives within us, within me, within you. It's the same spirit. Now, when it is the same spirit that lived in Jesus, it's now living in me. That I'm that means I am capable of doing the same things that Jesus did, but now just because we have exploded from one to million, that means we'll be doing million times greater things than what Jesus did upon that cross. That's the capability and ability and what he what we have access to. Okay? All right, I want you to understand that you and I we are not called to do something small for for God. We are called to do the same things as Jesus did. And we, in fact, we have the same authority. Jesus gave the same authority to the church of Christ, which is you and me. Amen. John 14, 12, it says, Truly, truly I say to you, whoever believes in me will also do the works that I do. Same works, same works, and greater works than these will he do because I am going to the Father. And what did he do after going to the Father? He sent his Holy Spirit. Amen. Jesus was one, but now we are many. Now, if you look at the Old Testament or till Jesus, it was Eden. There was one dwelling, or when it is when the Spirit came upon one person, it was one physical place, uh, you know, from where the heaven was flowing. If you look at the Old Testament temple, temple was one location, or if it is the Ark of the Covenant where the presence of God resided, it was one location. Okay? There was always one location, or you know, restricted to one place or you know, or one human being. But Jesus, after what he has done, it is now millions of spirit-filled believers. Heaven no longer needs a temple made of stone or a physical structure. You and I, we are the carriers and the portals of heaven. We have the same access that Jesus had. And we just have to have the relationship that Jesus had with the Father, and the same relationship we are also called into, you know, to have the same relationship with Jesus Christ. Amen. No, heaven walks in shoes, rides bikes, signs deals, and sings worship. Isn't that amazing? Whatever you do, heaven sleeps in the night. Heaven goes outside, speaks to other people, heaven acts sometimes. The whole power of heaven is at our disposal. No, the only thing that connects us to heaven is our mind, is our soul. That's the only pathway. And that's why in all the other faiths other than Christianity, there had to be something that needed to be done in the physical realm. Whether it is through works or whether I go around a temple so many times or break so many coconuts, something had to be done from the physical space. But in Christianity, what Jesus said is that for whosoever believes. Now, belief doesn't come because of something that we do in the physical space, it is something that comes within our soul. The three entities of a human body spirit, soul, and body. Soul is where we believe that Jesus Christ is the savior. Amen. So it is through that space we get to access the spiritual and heavenly uh power and miracles and promises, etc. Now you might, uh all the kids or whoever attended the school, you might know that any liquid or air flows from higher pressure to lower pressure. All good? Everyone understands that? That's why we have you know uh tornadoes or hurricanes because of the air that is flowing from high pressure to low pressure. Or as simple as your water tank above your uh above your terrace, on your terrace, it is at a high pressure. Now, when you open the tap, the low pressure, water flows from high pressure to low pressure. Okay? Now understand this, okay? We are three beings in one, all right? So if the spirit is at a higher pressure point, okay, and there is soul that is connecting, and if there is a physical space, that means our flesh, if spirit is at a higher pressure point, whatever is of the spirit will flow into our physical, you know, daily lives. But if you reverse that and put our flesh as the authority and puts it and put it at its highest point, as a high pressure point, we know that whatever is of the physical realm, whatever thoughts that we have, or whatever, however we are feeling, or whatever we are consuming, we know that it will go and reside and flow into our spirit. And that's why if you if you hear a sad news in a physical realm, and if you keep meditating on it and be fearful of it, you know that by the end of the day, your spirit is not at peace. Because the same fear that you had and you allowed through your soul now resides in you and it will not let you sleep. Have you had that instances? Right? You have you are having a great day, and suddenly something happens in the day, someone, you know, uh, you know, says something about you, and before you sleep, you are, you know, contemplating on it, meditating on it, and suddenly you are not at peace. Right? And that's that's the truth. And God designed the man to be in a place where the spirit is always at the higher authority position. That means spirit is the one that has to govern our lives. Spirit is the one that has to, who has to make decisions. And the and if we give him the authority, the spirit being, then the same good decisions or the goodness of God flows into our daily lives. There is soul in the middle, mind. Because of our doubts, sometimes, whatever God wants to flow into our lives, because of our doubts, or if we do not continue to believe in God, we will restrict whatever heaven wants to, you know, send into our daily lives. Maybe, maybe that is something that is blocking the blessings of heaven to come into our daily lives. In Genesis, sorry, Thessalonians chapter 1 Thessalonians chapter 5, verse 23, it says, May God Himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through. That means through all entities of our life, through all beings of our life, through the physical, mental, and also the spiritual, through and through, and may your whole spirit, soul, and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. I thank for this because God is the one who doesn't just save our spirit, He doesn't just save our brain or our mind or our emotions, He also saves our body. And I keep hearing that we will have glorified bodies when Christ returns or when we, you know, step into heaven. Isn't that amazing? When Christ was resurrected, he could walk through walls. I mean, although that is not the power that I am looking for, but he had no blemish. Blameless, he makes us blameless in all of these beings so that we can spend in the presence of God. Now the design order is that spirit, soul, and body. That's the design, God's designed order. The chaotic order is that body becomes first, and then mind, and then soul, and then our spirit. And if you look at these scriptures from Romans chapter 8, verse 6, it is it says the mind governed by the flesh, the mind governed by the physical realm is death, but the mind, the soul governed by the spirit is life and peace. Isn't that amazing that we have all the truth that we need and all the secrets that we need that we could, you know. Uh what do we say? We can do post-mortem and see the three beings and where we are, where we are at, how is the health of our soul, how is the health of our spirit, how is the health of our physical body, and see how we can fix that. God gives, and that's why the word of God is a manual. It's not just a manual on how to live on earth, it is also a manual to how to bring heaven on to earth and tap into the potential that is there in heaven. When the spirit is dominant, the flow is from heaven to earth. But when the body is dominant, the flow is reversed, and we will have problems. Amen. Genesis chapter 28 and verse 16 to 17. When Jacob awoke from his place, from his sleep, he thought, Surely the Lord is in this place, and I was not aware of it. He was afraid and said, How awesome is this place! This is none other than the house of God. This is the gate of heaven. Now Jacob was in the Old Testament, and yet through this vision, he understands that God's presence, you know, was there and is there while he was sleeping. And he was fearful of that, fearful of the magnitude and value and the access that he has. And he says, How awesome is this place. He he just, you know, he tasted and saw how God's presence is so sweet and good. And he says that this is none other than the house of God. This is the gate of heaven. And you know what? Bring it to New Testament context. You and I, we are the gates of heaven. Amen. We are the temples, we are portable temples. How many of you had an opportunity where your uh friend from another faith comes and asks, uh, I'm going through a tough situation. Can you please pray? Or please remind me in your prayers? What are they doing? They came to the temple and you are the pujari. I mean, not exactly pujari, but priest. Posh English. We are called to be the royal priesthood, isn't that? Isn't that what we are called? And that's what the value of, you know, the value that God puts upon each and every one of us. That's why He was not looking at a real estate land, he was looking at people who are called to be the royal priesthood so that you know they have access to heaven and they can bring down heaven. And whenever we praise, he's enthroned on our praise. That means we are calling the throne of heaven, the presence of God in that place, that is heaven on earth. Where two or three are gathered in my name, he said, I will be there. That means God is there, that means heaven is there, that means his presence is there, and along with God brings his, you know, his healing is there, his deliverance is there, his power is there. Whatever we need, whatever goodness that we need of heaven, that is there in that place. He is here. Heaven is in this place. Turn to your neighbor and say, Heaven is in this place. Husbands, turn to your wife and say, You are my heaven. And wives, stay silent. Just kidding. The gate of heaven was no longer a place on the map through what Christ did upon that cross. It's you. Wherever you go, you carry the access, you carry the power. The same spirit that raised Jesus from the dead is now living and working within each and every one of us. All that we have to learn is just believe in our soul and declare. And declare. And the access that I was talking about is something that we can uh, you know, we we can use it in our lives. 1 Corinthians chapter 6, verse 19, it says, Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you? That's a portable temple. Now, let's do some statistics, okay? How many temples are there in your colony? I had the privilege of having our home right next to the temple. Definitely not the temple of King Solomon, but this was the very melodious temple. Every early morning, even before my alarm rings, they ring. So by the by midday, while I was going to office, I would unknowingly, subconsciously start singing the melodies. Have you had that? You know, some some of the songs we already know. So tell me, in your colony or in your neighborhood, approximately how many temples are there? Definitely. Okay, four. Anyone more than four? No, no temples? Ah, yeah, even though, yeah, yes. Any other places of worship?
unknown:Mosque and temple.
SPEAKER_00:Mosque and temple all together.
unknown:They compete with each other.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, they compete with each other, and there should be at least five, let's say. Alright? Okay, so now let me ask you this from whatever we have learned from the word of God. In the same neighborhood, how many believers might be there? Definitely more than five, I would imagine. People that you know, that you do not know. I would say at least 20 people. Now, who said that we are a minority? We are the walking temples of God. Now, who said we are a minority? Definitely from the point of view of heaven, we are a majority. Amen. Now that truth is in front of us, and we don't have to fear that we are a minority. When Elisha, and in fact, his servant, when they were surrounded by enemy nations, and this is what the servant he was petrified, he was terrified, and he comes to Prophet Elisha and he says, Prophet, we are surrounded, there is no way out. And this is what Elisha says, Oh Lord, open the eyes of my servant. The moment he sees, he saw the angelic armies surrounding the enemy armies, and they had a great victory. Now, who is a minority and who is a at-majority? You and I. We have the greatest power, the greatest power that is there in the name of Jesus is at our disposal. The greatest truths that are the promises of God are at our disposal. Now let me show you something. It is not something that we just have in our mind, but Matthew chapter 16, verse 19, it says, And I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven. That means he has given us the keys to the temple of God, keys to the heaven that is you and I, that we can tap into the power. Whatever you bind on earth in the physical space, in the bodily realm, whatever you bind will be bound in the spirit realm. Whatever you release on earth will be released in heaven in the spirit realm. Now, who is in the spirit realm? It is God, but again, uh apart from God, it is also our dear enemy. Who is there in the spirit? So when you are binding the enemy in the physics now, let me ask you one critical question. This is what defines us whether we have authority of God or we do not have authority of God. The critical question listen to me very carefully. How do we declare how do we declare the promises of God? Is it by thinking? Or is it by writing a hundred times? God spoke and created heavens and the earth. God spoke. He did not just speak, he declared. Love you and I. We have an ability that is given by heaven, which is to speak the promise of God. The promises of God. Now let me ask you a very personal question. I do not want you to respond, but please lift your hands. If there is any word that God has spoken to you throughout this service from the beginning till now, is there any word that God has imprinted upon you? You heard that word or you saw that word the moment you saw, okay, that is for me. Is there any word that is in your mind right now? Can you lift up your hand if you have any word? Okay, great. There are two people, two temples. Other temples are still not yet open. Okay. Okay, forget about today's service. You read one scripture. I hope you read. Okay. You read at least one scripture and it spoke to you and you used it and it gave you confidence or it gave you faith. Was there any scripture like that throughout this week? One scripture. Can you lift up your hand? Okay. Some more temples opened. Okay. Do you at least know one word from the Bible? Which is good? I mean, it's not Jesus wept. I'm not asking about scriptures like that. But no, righteous. Okay, words like glory, words like riches of heaven. Yeah, that is one word that will always be in our back pocket. Any word? I'm sure each and every one of us, we know and we are holding on to at least one word. And if that word can be an answer to your season, we are waiting too much. While we could just declare that word. Can we do one practical exercise? I want you to close your eyes. Okay? And declaring is not about thinking, it is not about writing. But declaring is at least when you speak out, you should be able to hear. Is that okay? Faith comes by hearing and hearing the word of God, and what you are speaking is definitely a word of God and a word for your season. So why don't we do this exercise in the next 30 seconds? I want you to close your eyes and speak that word. And by speaking, I mean declare that word. Can you do that? Believe. Because if we there is no belief, then soul is restricting whatever we are releasing into the spirit realm from the bodily realm. Whatever might be the season, just speak that word and declare with faith, speaking in faith and confidence. And as you are speaking, would you stand to your feet? Declare. Because God has given us the keys of heaven. And whatever, it doesn't say some or it doesn't say sometimes, but just plainly says whatever you bind and release on earth, the same will be bound and released in heaven if you have faith in your soul.
